Report a broken internal page, wrong image, outdated app name or unclear guide paragraph. Include the page URL and a short description.

Account or withdrawal issues

Use the support channel inside the external app. Share only the reference information they ask for, and keep your own screenshot record.

Privacy requests

For website enquiries, mention the email or message details you used so the request can be matched correctly.

Do not send OTPs, passwords, complete card details or private identity documents through a public contact form.
